winter salad
My absolute favorite way to eat kale: raw !
Julienne a bunch very thinly and toss into a lusty vinaigrette of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt pepper, crushed garlic,grated parmesan and toasted pinenuts.simple.tasty.healthy.so good!
